When will my order be shipped?

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, it is processed immediately to aid faster shipping. We may be able to change or cancel your order if it has not been processed and shipped. Please contact our customer care team.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item within 14 days by contacting our customer care team for a returns number. All items must be in a resalable condition with no tags cut off and be returned in the original box. If your item is faulty, please contact our customer care team who will be able to assist you.

Please make sure that you include the following details in your package:

  • Your order number
  • Returns number which you received from our customer care team
  • Returns note, indicating which item(s) you’d like exchanged or refunded
  • The new size or colour you’d like of the items to be exchanged

Which carrier(s) do you use?

We use various carriers to ship all Loaded orders. Carrier chosen would depend on your delivery location and time of order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.

Refunds will go back to the original payment method.

When will I receive my order?

We ship to virtually any address in the world. You will normally receive an automated message once your order has been shipped. Note that customs fees may apply, depending on the international destination.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, UK delivery is FREE for orders over £60.

We offer express shipping for selected locations. You will be provided with available delivery options for your location, to choose from, during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We offer both express and standard delivery worldwide. International Standard delivery aims to deliver to:

  • Western Europe within 3 – 7 business days
  • Eastern Europe and major cities worldwide within 3 – 7 business days
  • USA and Canada within 3 – 10 business days
  • Rest of the world within 3 – 10 business days
  • For Express Delivery times, these are shown at checkout.

Delivery dates and times exclude weekends, national and public holidays. Please allow up to 20 days for delivery before contacting us.
